L&#8217;inspirazione inizia dalla cintura addominale (parliamo chiaramente, della sensazione dell&#8217;inspirazione), poi occupa la zona diafframatica e infine polmonare fino alla base della gola all&#8217;altezza delle clavicole. L&#8217;espirazione comincia con lo sprofondamento del petto seguito dalla ritrazione del diaframma ed infine dal rientro flessibile della cintura addominale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La scuola del Kashmir lascia che si ritrovi una respirazione adamitica, l&#8217;unica che possa essere alla base di un&#8217;ulteriore elaborazione delle proporzioni magiche del respiro. Voler strutturare un respiro gi\u00e0 di per se condizionato \u00e8 una mancanza di chiarezza. Si deve puntare non tanto ad una accumulazione, quanto alla realizzazione dell&#8217;ignoto libero da ogni modalit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando la respirazione fisiologica sar\u00e0 stata sufficientemente esplorata sul davanti e poi sui lati del corpo, ed infine sulla schiena, questa globalit\u00e0, praticata senza intenzione, porter\u00e0 gi\u00e0 una profonda pulizia degli schemi respiratori e affettivi.
