Vi sono il <em>Vijnanabhairava Tantra, <\/em>lo <em>Svabodhodayamanjari <\/em>del Sud di Vamanadatta o l&#8217;<em>Isvarapratyabhijna Karika <\/em>di Utpaladeva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questi testi non sono esercizi da fare, sono delle descrizioni dello stato naturale di una Coscienza non ostruita dall&#8217;immaginario egoico. Su un certo piano, \u00e8 un po&#8217; come l&#8217;immagine data da Jean Klein : &#8220;Una locomotiva tira il treno, \u00e8 la discriminazione; c&#8217;\u00e8 un&#8217;altra locomotiva dietro il treno, lo yoga. La prima tira, la seconda spinge&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lui vedeva lo yoga come la seconda locomotiva che andava nella stessa direzione del treno essenziale che \u00e8 la non-discriminazione, l&#8217;apertura. Ci si accosta allo stato non duale, vale a dire lo stato che vive colui che non ha pi\u00f9 resistenza personale. Si vive come se si fosse non egoici, un p\u00f2 come una locomotiva che spinge nella stessa direzione non egoica. Si scoprono delle tecniche di vacuit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questa disponibilit\u00e0 \u00e8 lo stato naturale in colui che \u00e8 senza struttura egoica. Questo purifica il mentale e porta una risonanza con questa disponibilit\u00e0. E&#8217; un artificio, quando lo yoga si arresta, la vacuit\u00e0 rapidamente si arresta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Colui che fa esercizi tutti i giorni  per trovare questo stato vacante e vive ancora un mentale personale, ricadr\u00e0 inevitabilmente nel suo limite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Riattivata la tenzione corporea, occorrer\u00e0 rifare degli esercizi per ritrovare quel mentale vacante, e cosi via.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi sono alcuni casi specifici nel <em>Vijnanabhairava Tantra<\/em> che fanno allusione al non-contatto con suolo, al respiro nella spazialit\u00e0, al corpo vacante interno ed esterno, alla mescolanza della vacuit\u00e0 interna ed esterna, alla vibrazione e all&#8217;energia, alla vibrazione che si espande nello spazio. Sono elementi che racchiudono segretamente i punti di pratica della tradizione. A mia conoscenza, non vi sono testi che parlino delle posizioni dello yoga. Le posizioni dello yoga appartengono alla tradizione antica dello yoga e non c&#8217;\u00e8 da parlarne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le persone attratte dalla spiritualit\u00e0 verosimilmente praticavano naturalmente le pose dello yoga. Il vero yoga inizia dopo. In questa disponibilit\u00e0 ci si apre alla presa di coscienza dell&#8217;energia interna. Abhinavagupta si burla del lavoro corporeo e si burla del lavoro del respiro mettendo l&#8217;accento sui momenti dopo l&#8217;espiro e l&#8217;inspiro, che sono dei non tempi e che non devono essere contabilizzati come in Patanjali. Questo prova la sua familiarit\u00e0 col lavoro del respiro e la sua conoscenza del <em>pranayama. <\/em>La sua critica chiarisce l&#8217;orientamento : lo yoga non \u00e8 un mezzo verso un risultato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al contrario, \u00e8 perch\u00e8 si \u00e8 presentito che vi \u00e8 altro nella vita oltre le relazioni umane, i soldi, o la salute, che la pratica arriva naturalmente, non per trovare, ma per rendere disponibile a questa evidenza. La pratica \u00e8 inscritta nella tradizione indiana, che non parla che di principi. Le applicazioni sono raramente menzionate nei testi, poich\u00e9 esse devono essere adattate in maniera precisa, allievo dopo allievo, maestro dopo maestro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le applicazioni non si trovano nei testi perch\u00e9 sarebbero contraddittorie. Sta a coloro che insegnano i testi a trasformare pedagogicamente questi principi in pratiche. E&#8217; solo nello yoga tardivo che abbiamo dei testi specifici, poich\u00e9 \u00e8 uno yoga che assai presto \u00e8 divenuto arrivista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo yoga \u00e8 giunto, in scuole come per esempio quelle dei Nath, ad essere un mezzo per giungere a un fine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abhinavagupta dice molto chiaramente che \u00e8 Siva che porta lo yoga e non lo yoga che porta a Siva.
