La vibrazione come sonorit\u00e0 \u00e8 un&#8217;altra trasposizione, che si incarna in numerosi momenti durante la pratica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Percepito nei primi tempi come un oggetto sonoro, questa forma vibratoria, lasciata libera in un ascolto non implicato, passer\u00e0 attraverso un certo numero di trasformazioni, che andranno a culminare in <em>Krama-mudr\u00e0 : <\/em>riassorbimento dei principi nella coscienza, per lasciarli emergere nuovamente, non pi\u00f9 come oggetti, ma identici al soggetto. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A volte, dopo una pratica, la sonorit\u00e0 energetica sar\u00e0 talmente forte che render\u00e0 impercettibile i rumori dell&#8217;ambiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indipendentemente da questi momenti di pratica intensi \u00e8 possibile, che in certi casi, questa energia sonora cada come una cappa di silenzio durante una conversazione o con una televisone in attivit\u00e0. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Creando cos\u00ec la passivit\u00e0 psicologica di un vegetale e lasciando una apparenza umana minimale in base alle codificazioni della convivialit\u00e0 mondana, questa vibrazione, questo ruggito silenzioso sar\u00e0 oggetto di contemplazione. Affrontato senza un qualsiasi dinamismo che sia, si riassorbir\u00e0 presto o tardi nel cuore.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E&#8217; interessante menzionare che Dara Shukul f\u00e0 risalire l&#8217;origine di questi esercizii al profeta lui stesso, che secondo lui li avrebbe praticati regolarmente. Fino a quando c&#8217;\u00e8 una percezione tattile, auditiva o altro, c&#8217;\u00e8 attivit\u00e0 mentale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le percezioni visive delle diverse variazioni dello spettro luminoso dell&#8217;energia \u00e8 ugualmente attivit\u00e0 celebrale, come lo sono le percezioni olfattive e gustative di queste stesse energie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La tradizione kashmira mette specificamente l&#8217;accento sul riassorbimento di tutti questi elementi percettibili nella coscienza. Tutta la sua tecnicit\u00e0 tende all&#8217;integrazione sempre pi\u00f9 chiara di questa attitudine di un ascolto non implicato, nella quale la percezione pu\u00f2 dispiegarsi al fine di morire meglio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le tecniche sono li per bruciare in noi l&#8217;anticipazione, il dinamismo che, mettendo l&#8217;accento sulla percezione, impedisce di riassorbirsi nella tranquillit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Anche i movimenti del corpo sottile, solitamente fraintesi, potrebbero apparire come una forma di anticipazione. Questi cancellano i nostri schemi mentali, le nostre memorie, che ci impediscono di ritrovarci liberi nei confronti della vita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questo decondizionamento porta la morte della sensibilit\u00e0 affettiva, della difesa della persona e lascia un cuore senza fardelli ne rimpianti o domande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Libero da qualsiasi speranza, che non \u00e8 mai sconforto, in questa Coscienza senza pensiero, l&#8217;amore \u00e8 la morte di ogni istante.
